WHERE HUMAN POTENTIAL MEETS ELITE PERFORMANCE.
Train the one system every elite performer depends on — their brain.
Your body can only perform as well as your nervous system allows. Aegis combines quantitative brain mapping, HRV-informed recovery insight, and performance neurofeedback to build sharper, steadier performance under pressure.
Objective data. Individualized protocol. No obligation consultation.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Ryan A. Londot, CNIM — Founder & Clinical Director, Aegis Performance Institute
Ryan is the Founder and Clinical Director of Aegis Performance Institute, a cognitive performance and neurofeedback practice dedicated to helping athletes, entrepreneurs, high performing individuals, tactical professionals, and creatives improve and develop the mental and physiological skills required for consistent, high-level performance.
As a Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) professional with more than 20 years of experience as a Surgical Neurophysiologist, Ryan has monitored more than 5,000 brain, spine, and vascular surgical procedures. His career providesd him with extensive experience observing and interpreting human nervous-system function in some of the most demanding environments. He brings that same disciplined, data-driven approach to helping people improve cognitive performance.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies from the University of South Florida. His professional development has increasingly focused on neurofeedback, EEGElectroencephalography (EEG) and Quantitative Electroencephalography (/qEEG) [KH1] assessment, psychophysiological performance training, and applying neuroscience principles to human performance.
At Aegis Performance Institute, Ryan works with clients to train and improve aspects of performance such as improved focused attention, emotional regulation, cognitive control, recovery, consistency, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Training is individualized and informed by objective measures, including EEG and qEEG [KH2] data, rather than relying solely on subjective impressions.
Ryan has a unique personal understanding of the importance of the skills that Aegis Performance Institute can help develop and improve. He was a college baseball player, and also understands athletic performance from the athlete's perspective. Ryan played college baseball,Also, as a retired US Army Sniper Section Leadersniper, experience, experienced US Army Sniper InstructorCombat Marksmanship Competitor, and currently active as a competitive shooter, Ryan understands the importance of focused attention, emotional regulation, and the other skills that Aegis trains its clients to develop and improve, is a competitive shooting, and is competitive in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, providing firsthand experience with the demands of preparation, competition, pressure, discipline, and performance consistency.
His approach is grounded in a simple principle: the brain is part of the athlete, and it can be trained intentionally just as the physical components of performance are trained. Aegis integrates neuroscience, neurophysiology, and performance science to complement and augment—not replace—an athlete's existing coaching, strength and conditioning, sports medicine, and recovery programs.
For athletes, athletic academies, high-performance organizations, law enforcement, and US Military personnel, Ryan's goal is not simply to introduce another training service. It is to provide a structured, measurable cognitive-performance component that can be integrated into a client’s broader development program.
Train the brain intentionally. Measure the performance. Build consistency.

Trusted by performance-minded professionals
★★★★★ Billy Quarantillo, Current UFC Fighter
“I recovered faster, competed with more confidence, and felt mentally sharper than ever.”
★★★★★ Kevin Gallagher - Owner and Head Coach at Gracie Trinity
“The difference wasn’t just during competition — it changed how I trained every day.”
The limiting system
PHYSICAL TRAINING ISN’T THE LIMITING FACTOR ANYMORE.
You can lift more, practice longer, recover obsessively — and still hesitate when the moment demands clarity. Competition pressure, travel, fatigue, poor sleep, concussion history, and overtraining all shape the operating conditions of your nervous system.
When the signal degrades
Decision-making slows
Focus becomes inconsistent
Recovery takes longer
Reaction time decreases
Emotional control weakens
Confidence becomes unpredictable
Performance neurofeedback powered by neuroscience
TRAIN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM THAT POWERS EVERY DECISION.
Using quantitative EEG brain mapping and real-time neurofeedback, we identify how your brain performs and systematically train it toward more efficient performance patterns. No drugs. No stimulation. No guesswork — just measurable brain training based on objective data.
BUILT FOR THE ENVIRONMENTS WHERE PRESSURE IS THE POINT.
We don’t chase symptoms. We optimize performance.
